Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Discord bot ("the Bot") provided by Discord bots created by Discord user ishootdown ("we", "us", "our"). By adding the Bot to your Discord server or by using the Bot in any manner, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Bot.
1. Use of the Bot
- You may use the Bot only in accordance with Discord's Terms of Service (https://discord.com/terms) and Community Guidelines (https://discord.com/guidelines).
- You agree not to use the Bot for any illegal, unauthorized, or unethical purposes.
2. Bot Availability
- We strive to maintain the availability of the Bot, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Bot.
3. Changes to the Bot
- We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Bot at any time without prior notice.
4. User Data and Privacy
- We may collect and store certain information necessary for the operation of the Bot. By using the Bot, you consent to the collection and use of this information as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Bot; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Bot.
6. Indemnification
- You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Bot owner from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Bot or your violation of these Terms.
7. Changes to these Terms
- We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
